Looking toward Advent

A Retreat on Saturday, Nov. 15
9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Church of the Savior
530 Arizona Ave. SW
Orange City, IA
Retreat Leader: Joan Anderson

Is the Christian life one long, happy journey? Does one never question God? Is it actually possible to be disappointed—even angry—with God at times?

If you have ever entertained such questions, you will want to come to a retreat that deals with them—and maybe offers some surprising perspectives.

If you plan to attend the retreat, please respond so that we can plan accordingly. E-mail The Rev. Karen Wacome at
wacome@frontiernet.net, or phone her at (712) 737-3930. A simple lunch will be provided. There is no charge. Everyone welcome.
